A Livingston County woman and a Dexter man were arrested last week following a traffic stop.
Kentucky State Trooper T. J. Williams conducted the stop on U.S. 60 in Livingston County at about 11 a.m. on March 9. During the stop, about Ã Â½ gram of suspected methamphetamine was located and seized, along with over $6,000 in cash.
The driver of the vehicle, Billy J. Brandon, 58, of Dexter, was arrested and charged with first degree possession of a controlled substance.
He was jailed in Paducah.
KSP troopers then obtained a search warrant for a residence on Crawford Lane in Livingston County.
Upon search of that residence, they located and seized about 1.15 ounces of suspected methamphetamine. Cindy J. Loveless, 53, of Salem, was arrested and charged with first degree trafficking a controlled substance.
She was jailed in Paducah.
