Services for James Cleveland Gray, 77, of Princeton, were Feb. 4 at Morgans Funeral Home in Princeton. Burial followed at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Gray died Jan. 31 at Caldwell Medical Center in Princeton. He was a retired pipe fitter at BFGoodrich and also a retired pastor for Green Hill Baptist Church and Emmanuel Baptist Church.

His parents were Ora Pearl Goodaker and James William “JW” Gray.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Bonnie Ladd Gray.

Survivors are: his wife, Colleen Kid Trader Gray; a son, Steve Gray of Princeton; a daughter, Cynthia Brown of Colorado Springs, Colo.; two step sons, Gordon L. Trader of Clarksville, Tenn. and Gary Gray of Germany; a step daughter, Amber Trader Grimes of Freemont, Neb.; three brothers, Louard and Gary Gray both of Caldwell County; Murl Gray of Morgantown; four sisters, Margaret Smith and Brenda Joyce both of Princeton; JoAnn Sullivan of Lyon County; Connie Joyce of Caldwell County; a aunt, Ethel Crowder of Princeton; seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
