Mr. DuPriest died Nov. 3 at his home.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill DuPriest, Deanna Hoskins, Rev. Millard Teague, Sister Millie Viola Teague; a stepmother, Mary J. DuPriest; and an uncle, Darrell “Applejack” DuPriest.
Survivors are: his father, Gerald Conrad DuPriest of Kuttawa; his mother and stepfather, Darlene DuPriest Borders and Alan Borders of Benton; two brothers, Mitch Duckett and Dustin Duckett, both of Calvert City; a sister, Jami Richards of Paducah; a stepsister, Angie Scoggins of East Alton, Ill.; two nephews, Dustin “Bubbers” Duckett and Draven Van Waters; two nieces, Chenoa Richards and Makay Burd; a paternal grandmother, Donna Jean DuPriest of Kuttawa; a stepgrandfather, Leon Hoskins of West Paducah; an uncle, Cad DuPriest; an aunt, Sue Tracy; and his fiance, Kara Hamby of Eddyville.
