Services for Tamara “Tammy” Walker, 51, of Benton, will be 10 a.m. Nov. 15 at Lakeland Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mark Whitt officiating.  Burial will follow in New Bethel Cemetery in Lyon County.  Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. today, Nov. 14, at Lakeland Funeral Home in Eddyville

Mrs. Walker died Nov. 11 at her residence. She was a homemaker and a former secretary for Sturgill, Turner, Barker & Maloney Law Firm in Lexington.

She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Joe McDowell.

Survivors are her husband, Kevin Walker of Benton; a daughter, Jordan Carey of Lexington; a stepdaughter, Amy Walker of Columbia, Mo;  her mother, Sandra Whitt Beck of Lexington;  two sisters, Cindy Moore and Kelly McDowell, both of Lexington;  a niece and a nephew.
