Victor Guy Smith, 94, of Eddyville, formerly of Evansville, Ind., died July 4 at his residence.Mr. Smith was a service technician for the former Excello Corporation in Detroit.

  His parents were Guy Maine and Emma Jane Harp Smith.

He was preceded in death by two infant brothers. 

Survivors are: his wife, Bettie Barton Smith;  two sons, William H. “Bill” Smith of Eddyville and Jeffrey R. “Jeff”  Smith of Indianapolis, Ind.; three grandchildren and  four great-grandchildren.

There was no visitation or service.
