Mr. Skinner died Dec. 1 at Livingston County Hospital in Salem. He was a member of Paradise United Methodist Church.
His parents were Willie and Edna Mae Haney Skinner.
He was preceded in death by five brothers Dewey, Allen, Jessie, Roy and Rudell Skinner and three sisters Lillie Walker, LaVerne Skinner and Lovene Dukes.
Survivors are his wife, Judy Haney Skinner of Lyon County; two brothers, Orvall Skinner of Florida, Arthur Skinner of Grand Rivers; and a sister, Lois Skinner of Calvert City.
