Services for Frances Cotton, 81, of Kuttawa, were March 27 at Morgan’s Funeral Home with the Rev. James Holsapple officiating. Burial followed in the Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Cotton died March 24 at the Christian Care Center in Kuttawa following a long illness. She was a housewife.

Her parents were Thomas and Ruby Riggins Brown. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Cotton; two brothers, Johnny and Junior Brown; two sisters, Ethel and Rose Oliver; and two great-grandchildren.

Survivors are: a son, Barry Cotton of Eddyville; four daughters, Denise Prowell of Princeton, Lucy Thompson of Benton, Mary Daricek of Kuttawa, and Nancy Cotton of Princeton; a sister, Mary Oliver of Princeton; 10 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchil; and several nieces and nephews.
