Services for Marie Oliver Mayhugh, 87, were July 14 at Lamasco Baptist Church with the Rev. Dean Ray officiating. Burial followed in the Lamasco Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Mayhugh died July 11 following a short illness. She was a member of the Lamasco Baptist Church.

Her parents were Howard and Madoline Wade Oliver. She was preceded in death by a brother, Edward Oliver, and three sisters, Pauline Peek, Elizabeth Hubbard, and Louise Cummins.

Survivors are: her husband, Dale W. Mayhugh of Lamasco; a son, John Mayhugh of Louisville; two daughters, Margaret Newby of Princeton and Joni Mayhugh of Lyon County; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
