Services for Edith Hooks, 92, of Fredonia were August 14 at Morgans Funeral Home in Princeton. The Rev. Ronnie Fox officiated and burial followed at Bethlehem Cemetery.

Mrs. Hooks died August 11 at Rivers Bend Retirement Center in Kuttawa. She was a homemaker and a member of Crider Baptist Church.

Her parents were Nina Martin Blick and Roger Blick.

She was preceded in death by a son, Bob Hooks, a grandson, Matthew Hooks, five brothers and three sisters.

Survivors are: two sons, Ronnie Hooks and Bill Hooks, both of Caldwell County; six grandchildren; and several great-great grandchildren.
