Services for Mary Theresa Jennings, 85 of Kuttawa, will be (today) Sept. 19 at noon at Lakeland Funeral Chapel in Eddyville. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until the time of service. The Rev. Dean Webber will officiate and burial will follow at Chestnut Oak United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Jennings died Sept. 17 at her daughter’s home in Murray following a long illness. She was a member of Chestnut Oak United Methodist Church.

Her parents were Mary Leona Jones and Hugh Ovey.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Denzil E. Jennings; a brother, Glycon Ovey and a sister, Frances Knoth.

Survivors are: three daughters, Suzanne Seeley of Murray; Ginger Castleberry and husband,Rickie of Reidland; Jill and husband,Paul Akridge of Eddyville; five grandchildren, Logan and Olivia Akridge; Adam and Josh Castleberry; Justin Seeley; two great-grandchildren, Audrey and Henry Akridge.
