Ms. Fultz died at Oct. 16 at her home in Lyon County. She was a member of Kuttawa First Baptist Church and retired from the Pantry Stores.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Adrianna Faith Fultz.
Her parents were Pross W. and Margie Forsythe Harper.
Survivors are: a daughter, Hope Fultz of Princeton; three sons, Ricky Sinclair of Oakdale, Minn., David Sinclair of Zelionople, Penn., Jerry Sinclair of Eddyville; eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, four brothers, Donnie Harper of Carlsbad, N.M., Troy “Teb” Harper of Denver, Colo., Jerry Wayne Harper of Cadiz, Wilbur “Sonny” Harper of Eddyville; and three sisters, Gayla Covington of Aurora, Colo., Sue Hickerson of Littlefield, Ill., and Ann Ezell of Cadiz.
