Graveside services for Eric S. Rau, 79 of Benton, are today at 1 p.m. Nov. 21, at Hickory Grove Cemetery in Old Eddyville with the Rev. Mickey Lewis officiating. Friends may call from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at Dunn’s Funeral Home in Eddyville.

Mr. Rau died Nov. 19 at his home in Benton. He was of the Lutheran faith, an Army veteran and a veteran of the Merchant Marines.

His parents were Otto and Elise Rau.

He was preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters.

Survivors are: his wife, Eileen Koon Rau of Benton, two nephews and three nieces.
