Virginia Sue Stout Carley, 69, of Kuttawa, formerly of Reno, Nev., died Jan. 16 at her home. She was a retired retail clerk.

Her parents were Henry and Fern Stout. She was preceded in death by two brothers.

Survivors are: her husband, Lyle “Red” Carley of Kuttawa; two brothers, Carroll Stout of Kuttawa, Charles Stout of Aurora, Ill.; three sisters Henrietta Beltz of Harrisburg, Ill., Judy Wiggins of Galatia, Ill., and Mary Randolph of Bicknell, Ind.

There was no visitation or service. Dunn’s Funeral Home in Eddyville was in charge of arrangements.
