The Rev. Mike Franklin officiated and burial followed at Norman Cemetery.
Mr. Carner died Feb. 9 at Princeton Health and Rehab following a long illness.
He was a Baptist.
His parents were Lois Babb Carner and J.B. Carner.
He was preceded in death by a son, Jason Carner, and his first wife, Anna Lee Baker Carner.
Survivors are: his wife, Glenda Skees Carner of Paducah; a son, Tommy Carner of Caldwell County; two brothers, Jim Carner of Caldwell; Dale Carner of Princeton; four sisters, Joyce Patton and Jane and June Thorpe all of Lyon County; Sue Kornegay of Paducah; two grandchildren; and two step-granddaughters.
