Absolutely! A million yeses to the worth of these words by the unknown author! Listen with your heart as he writes. Oh that my words were now written! Oh that they were printed in a book! That they were graven with an iron pen and lead in the rock forever! He tells us that Job knows that his redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth: and though after the skin worms have devoured his body, yet in his flesh shall he see God: Whom he shall see for himself, and his eyes shall behold, and not another; though his reins be consumed within him. Job is often depicted as the man of patience, but added to this, we call him also a man of praise! He cries out, ‘Though he slay me, yet will I trust Him!’ Can any praise be uttered higher than that? Paul writes that one day soon, we also will see our redeemer face to face. (I Corinthians 13:12)

With regal rejoicing we can now sing with assurance with the writer of ‘Face to Face’ as she describes the rapturous moment when we see Him! The darkling veil mentioned by Paul will be lifted — O precious glory to our Savior!

What rejoicing there will be in His presence! When we see Him face to face in all His glory. When we see him soon, and possibly very soon! To know that our precious Lord has adopted us as dear children, and that we shall never be forgotten of Him, swell sup a volcano of praise from our crusted hearts. Just to know that he has blotted out our sins, and as a thick cloud have returned to Him, all capsulated in His redemption! Sing, O ye heavens for the Lord hath done it. Shout, you lower parts of the earth: break forth into singing, ye mountains, O forest, and every tree therein: for the Lord hath redeemed us and glorified Himself in us!

Shall we keep our praises silent? (Isaiah 44:22) A thousand times no! The rocks will cry out if our lips do not praise Him! (Luke 19:40)

What wonderful unlimited merit that God has given the righteousness of Christ to those who know Him (II Corinthians 5:17-21). One day we will sinlessly stand before Him in our bodies that have been made pure and holy, praising with no reservations to the Lamb of God, the King of Kings, and Lord of Lords! Even so, come quickly Lord Jesus !
