SEPTEMBER 24: A complaint warrant out of Lyon District Court was served on Caitlynn Ramage, 26, of Grand Rivers, for the following charges: One count each of theft by unlawful taking all others $500 or more but under $10,000 (complicity), second-degree criminal mischief (complicity), tampering with physical evidence (complicity), and second-degree criminal trespassing (complicity).

SEPTEMBER 25: A complaint warrant out of Lyon District Court was served on Justin Drew Conner, 31, of Grand Rivers, for the following charges: One count each of theft by unlawful taking all others $500 or more but under $10,000 (complicity), second-degree criminal mischief (complicity), tampering with physical evidence (complicity), and second-degree criminal trespassing (complicity).

SEPTEMBER 25: A complaint warrant out of Daviess County was served on Christopher Monroe Mcnary, 29, of Owensboro, for failure to register the transfer of a motor vehicle.

SEPTEMBER 27: A bench warrant out of Whitley Circuit Court was served on David Worley, 34, of Williamsburg for failure to appear. The warrant lists one underlying charge of second-degree assault.

SEPTEMBER 28: After a motor vehicle rollover accident on KY 373 in Eddyville, authorities arrested Ronnie Wayne Turner, 43, of Eddyville, and charged him with one count of operating a motor vehicle under the influence.

SEPTEMBER 30: A bench warrant out of Lyon Circuit Court was served on Paul Michael Gay, 39, of Eddyville, for probation violation. The warrant lists one underlying charge of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (less than two grams, methamphetamine).

SEPTEMBER 30: After responding to a call in reference to a domestic dispute, a deputy with the Sheriff's Office arrested Timothy W. Wyse, 32, of Kuttawa, and charged him with one count each of first-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), cultivating in marijuana (less than five plants), possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

SEPTEMBER 30: Three bench warrants out of Lyon Circuit Court were served on James Owen Oliver, 46, of Kuttawa; all for probation violation. Underlying charges listed on the three warrants include possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, carrying a concealed weapon, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication- controlled substance, and failure to wear seat belt.

OCTOBER 1: Authorities charged William Andrew Russell, 31, of Kuttawa, with a misdemeanor offense after a call about a field fire. Responders discovered a gas can and lighter fluid next to a charred trash pile. Russell reportedly admitted to lighting the fire, which violated the ongoing burn ban in Lyon County.

OCTOBER 1: After a report of a missing package from a residence in Kuttawa, police charged Brittany Coulton, 31, of Kuttawa, with one count of theft of mail matter.

OCTOBER 2: After responding to a call on Elkorn Tavern Road about a female subject causing alarm to people, the Sheriff's Office arrested Emma Jewell Young, 19, of Dawson Springs. Young was charged with one count of public intoxication.

OCTOBER 2: A bench warrant out of McCracken District Court was served on Linda Katheryn Glass, 58, of Eddyville, for failure to appear. The warrant lists the following underlying charges: One count each of speeding 20 MPH over the limit, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and no registration plates.

OCTOBER 2: A complaint warrant out of Boone District Court was served on Steven Lee Maki, 29, of Murphysboro, Ind., for two counts of theft by deception- including cold checks under $500.

OCTOBER 3: A bench warrant out of Lyon District Court for failure to appear was served on Aaron Cannon, 26, of Kuttawa. The warrant lists underlying charges of: One count each of fourth-degree assault (minor injury) and second-degree strangulation.

While attempting to serve the warrant on Cannon, police also charged Ashton Breaux, 29, of Kuttawa, with one count of second-degree hindering prosecution or apprehension.
