On Nov. 15 about 8:30 a.m., Deputy Sheriff Keith Suits charged Lacy O’Neal, 31, of Adairville, on a bench warrant from Logan County alleging failure to appear in court.

O’Neal is lodged in the Ross-Cash Correctional Complex.

Also on Nov. 15 about 10:45 p.m., Deputy Sheriff Seth P’Pool located and arrested Tara D. Escobar, 43, in Lamasco. She was charged on a bench warrant from Caldwell County alleging failure to appear.

She was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.

On Nov. 13 about 2:45 p.m., Suits observed a vehicle at Eddyville City Park off Commerce Street. After running the vehicle’s registration in the NCIC database, he learned the owner had an active warrant for his arrest.

The owner, Devon M. Pierce, 34, of Berea, was charged in Rockcastle County with flagrant non-support.

After searching Pierce, Suits located a concealed handgun, a violation of a court order in which Pierce was the respondent. Suits also charged Pierce with violation of a Kentucky Emergency Protective Order/Domestic Violence Order.

He was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.

Also Nov. 13 about 7:45 p.m., Suits located Austin L. Currington, 22, on Rusty Ridge Road in Suwanee, and arrested him on a complaint warrant from Marshall County alleging theft by deception.

He was lodged in the Herman Ford Detention Center in Marshall County.
