WoodmenLife Chapter 484 recently donated $500 to Nonnie’s Attic to aid homeless relief in the area.

The donation was part of a national effort to support local relief organizations during a time when homelessness has increased. Nonnie’s Attic helps support women and children who are homeless in the Eddyville area.

WoodmenLife members are committed to supporting local organizations that give back to the community. In lieu of hosting in-person fundraisers, chapters are providing donations to continue a dedication to family, community and country. “Being able to donate to organizations like Nonnie’s Attic is important to our chapter’s mission,” said Chapter 484 President Stephanie Edwards. “We want to support the work they do to improve the lives of others.”
