Graveside services William Kenneth Wheeler, 89, of Kuttawa, were held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 14, at Mexico Cemetery in Crittenden County.
There was no visitation.
Mr. Wheeler died Tuesday, Feb. 12, at Rivers Bend Retirement Community. He was a retired steel mill worker with Inland Steel, a U.S. Marine veteran and a member of Suwanee Furnace Baptist Church.
His parents were Lark and Ora Lee Boswell Wheeler.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Loetta Campbell Wheeler, five sisters and five brothers.
Survivors are: two daughters, Beverly Kay Smith, Avon, Ind., and Linda Wyatt, Buffalo, Ind.; a son, William Dwight Wheeler Lamont, Glendale, Ariz.; six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, three step grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Lakeland Funeral Home in Eddyville was in charge of arrangements.
