The Barking Lot, the dog park in Kuttawa, is fully funded by donations. It’s now accepting orders for bones to line the fence.
Bones are navy blue with white lettering and will hold up to 15 characters (spaces included). They are $30 each. Bones can be bought by businesses, in memory of a lost pet or by those just wanting to show support.
Check should be made payable to City of Kuttawa with “Dog Park” in the memo. They can be mailed along with order forms to P.O. Box 400 Kuttawa, KY 42055.
Other donations that have been made to the park include a personalized bench in memory of a dog, shade trees, the land and fence donated by the Kuttawa Relocation Foundation and mowing services donated by Donnie and Tori Peek.
